Add a new staff profile in Booxi
You can add up to 5 other staff members on your account.
To add a new staff member to your Booxi account, go to the Personnel section.
Click on the Add new personnel icon.
Enter the first and last name of the person. Click the button New.
If you want to enter the person's information go to Personnel details. In the "Position" field, enter their title (ex: Instructor, Coach, Trainer, Teacher, etc.), mobile phone, work phone and email address.
You can enter a bio in English and French with the following brackets :
- [FR]French bio[/FR]
- [EN]English bio[/FR]
ALWAYS CLICK SAVE. ALWAYS! Otherwise, you will lose the information entered.
Next, you can download a profile photo by clicking on the camera icon. Click on the button at the bottom right where it says Upload a photo, select your image and click on Save.
Finally, to assign them to an activity, go to the Assigned Services section and tick the box for the activity they will be leading, then PRESS SAVE.
Congratulations you have added a personnel profile!
